Episode 1 – Will You Be My Sukhi Puri?
Anuj and Ritu’s relationship is challenged when Ritu joins a college in Ahmedabad. Wanting to follow him, Anuj and his friends try to convince their parents that studying in Ahmedabad is the best option. However, Anuj’s mother comes to know about the incident and learns that Ritu is also on her way to Ahmedabad. As Ritu and Anuj prepare to say their final goodbyes, tension rises.
Episode 2 – Long Distance Wali Gutar Gu
Ritu and Anuj start their long distance relationship. They set alarms for breakfast, lunch and dinner to read and call each other and make sure to keep “gotar bro”. As it affects their ability to get into college and pursue their passions in their plans, Anuj worries that his relationship with Ritu will weaken.
Episode 3 – Fresh Friendship Brewing
Shivangi enters the world of Gutar Go as playwright Anuj. He doesn’t know that this play is Anuj’s ticket to meet Ritu in Ahmedabad and he starts making moves on Anuj and starts testing his loyalty to Ritu. Shivangi and Anuj enter the scene and Ritu questions Anuj’s honesty. Anuj cleans for Ritu, but will she forgive and forget this one mistake?
Episode 4 – Am I Ready Yet?
After months of long distance separation, Anuj and Ritu decide to meet each other in Ahmedabad. Both get unsolicited advice from their friends about the possibility of dating. When Anuj reaches Ahmedabad, trouble starts between them as they try to follow their friends’ advice.
Episode 5 – 3,2,1… Happy New Year
Ritu and Anuj have big and dramatic plans for the New Year, and Anuj manages to book a hotel room for them. Rito goes through an internship where his experience is not what he expected. Anuj stands by Ritu like a rock and comforts her. On New Year’s Eve, the two dined together in private places, and we understand that the distance only made their relationship stronger.
Episode 6 – Baat Se Hi Toh Baat Banti Hai
When Anuj gets his final audition for a web show in two years, Ritu surprises him in Bhopal and tells him about an internship in Mumbai. If Anuj gives the part, they can go to Mumbai together. Ritu cancels an important training in Singapore to be with Anuj in Mumbai, but the latter leaves the audition without appearing, fearing that his parents will not let him go.
Gutur Gu Season 2 ends with a dramatic twist of mother and son which makes you laugh while eating Kheer.
